April 20, 2024, marked the highly awaited return of our iconic Black & White Gala, where over 500 guests gathered at the Sheraton Laval to celebrate the Foundation’s milestone 20th anniversary.
The event was organized under the honorary presidency of Mr. Grégoire Baillargeon, President, BMO, Quebec and Vice-Chair, BMO Capital Markets, who announced a major donation of $2M from BMO for the creation of the BMO – L. Jacques Ménard research chair.
This fabulous evening raised the remarkable sum of $2 460,000 in support of our main mission, to ensure excellence in clinical care, in education, and in research in the field of Thoracic Surgery at the University of Montreal.
