    Message from the President

    Dear Friends,

As we navigate through these difficult and unprecedented times, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all aspects of our lives and on our society as a whole.  In order to succeed, we continue to emphasize the importance of respecting at all times the public health measures issued by our government.

In the coming weeks and months however, we will have overcome this ordeal through goodwill and sustained efforts.  As such, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the courageous healthcare professionals and countless essential workers on the front line.

The safety and well-being of our friends, our loyal supporters and our generous donors will always be of the utmost importance for us.  Our thoughts and good wishes go out to everyone who has been impacted by this terrible pandemic.

As you know, it was with heavy hearts that we cancelled our Annual Black & White Gala 2020 but please rest assured that next year’s Gala promises to be the most spectacular ever.

Through the summer it is with renewed energy that we will be planning a number of exciting Foundation events, and as we move forward, we will ensure that everyone is kept well informed.

Please feel free to communicate with us at any time if we can be of assistance to you or to your loved ones.

We look forward to seeing you all in the near future.

    With warmest regards,

    Pasquale Ferraro, MD
    President of the Board
